We look at the videos you submit and create a full frame-by-frame video of your throw. This comes with notes, directions and commentary during your video.

We may also recommend and send you other videos to help you with your throwing motion for extra reference.

At the end of your video, we’ll summarize the key points you should work on going forward.

  • You’ll receive a 7-10 minute Video Analysis of your throw.
  • You can submit 2-3 videos of your throw or different throws if you wish.
  •  You’ll get constructive advice and guidance on your technique, position and more.
  • All throwing analyses are done by Coach James.
  • You can also submit a question or two with your throw if you have specific areas you want discussed.

HOW To Get Started

  1. Purchase a Video Analysis through our Payment Page using PayPal.
  2. Send us your videos using our Direct email: allactivehq @ gmail .com (please combine pieces to send email).
  3. We will then complete an analysis of your throwing motion overlaid on your video. If you have questions, just email us.
