Trevor and I began training Krista after her collegiate career. She’d dropped from a PB of 56m to 49m and had a host of injuries. See how we re-conditioned her training and taught her how to throw with the elite technique of top European throwers to get her throwing over 60 meters.

Andy W.

Andy wasn’t seeing any improvements in his throwing and was stuck 5 meters below his 72 meter PB and had left the sport to pursue skeleton racing on the national team. After an accident in skeleton, he has now returned to throwing. We’ve managed to get him back from 65 meters up to 74.90 currently and improved a major hip injury he was dealing.
