Javelin Throw Coaching Service

Throwing is Tough

We’ve all been there. trying to solve things by trial and error or from watching a video on Instagram or YouTube.

It’s never easy to self-coach and though there’s a place for it, we’re always here to bridge the gap and help you with your throwing process.

Javelin is a very technical sport and thus, a little outside coaching can go a long way.

We Can Help

Many throwers and coaches are worried they won’t be able to figure it out and we can help you with throwing. There are definite positions that will help all throwers and we can show you how to find them. There are also many myths and poor advice we can tell you to ignore. It’s not worth wasting time on techniques that aren’t going to help your throwing get better.

A throwing coach is a must in a challenging event like javelin because it’s rarely a movement that comes completely naturally to most throwers. In many cases, you’ll have some of the motion and we can help you work on the rest.

Who should apply for Coaching?

We mainly focus on athletes who have a basic grasp of throwing and are passionate about learning how the sport really works. Most of the training is for beginners, intermediate and masters athletes. We’re not too worried about elite throwers, we think they’re doing just fine.

Throwers we train are often as follows:

  • Highschool throwers looking to improve for their track season.
  • Throwers looking to add distance to be more competitive.
  • Masters athletes looking to develop their technique.

Your throwing career is short, make the most of it now.
